OPEN FIELD TRAINING – SPRING 2017
A six week program designed for athletes that are seeking competitive field and endurance work in the off season. This is an uptempo training program so you must have a work hard attitude to participate. Program will improve and strengthen core muscle endurance and game speed performance. Open Field is open to all athletes who are seeking to improve their game. More info coming soon!
